Jalupro is a sterile reabsorbable injectable solution which acts - as dermal biorevitalizer which can be used for minimizing evidence of skin wrinkles of the face - as adjuvant in the physical or chemicals treatments such as peeling, laser therapy and dermoabrasion

FEATURES

JALUPRO is composed of two small bottles each one containing 100 mg of lyophilized aminoacids (glycine,
l-proline, l-leucine, l-lysine) and two vials, each one including 30 mg of hyaluronic acid with which the Lyophilized has to be dissolved.

WHEN TO USE JALUPRO

APPLICATION TECHNIQUE OF JALUPRO IN THE FACE INAESTHETICISMS
(deep nose-labial wrinkles, crow’s-feet, acnes scars,…)

INTRADERMAL BULGES (MEDIUM AND DEEP DERMIS) AND/OR LINEAR TECHNIQUE 

(A local anesthetic can be associated – 0,5-1 ml of 2% procaine – in order to reduce the burning sensation which follows the injection). The needle is inserted along the wrinkle and then gradually retracted, by releasing the product.After injection, if necessary, proceed with a light massage in order to model the treated zone.
For the correction of thin wrinkles, the more recommended site of injection is typically papillary dermis. It is important to inject a quantity of material sufficient to completely correct the defect.It is also important to avoid hypercorrection. In case of deeper wrinkles or signs, it is necessary, for obtaining a good result, to inject the material of the implant in the central part and in the deepest part of the reticular dermis. If required, this operation can be followed by a more superficial injection at the papillary level for completing the treatment. 

FEEDING THE FIBROBLASTS WITH AMINO ACIDS

The cells of the subcutaneous connective tissue in our skin are called fibroblasts. Fibroblasts act by forming collagen and repairing fragile and worn out skin, ensuring skin tone and elasticity.Fibroblasts activity reduces over time because of aging or other reasons (eating habits, diets, smoking, intense physical activity, long exposure to the sun). Therefore, skin gets old, loses tone, elasticity, brightness, volume, and subsequently wrinkles and furrows appear.
Fibroblasts produce collagen by using a nutritional support: Aminoacids (Glicine, L-Proline, L-Lysine) which are essential to compensate the reduced fibroblasts activity. More is high the Aminoacids quantity available in the interested areas, more cells vitality and their number increase. Therefore, skin appearance gets better greatly.
